Plympton records five deeds in past month, sale prices cluster in a narrow band
Plympton recorded five property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, four with prices on file ranging from $610 to $760 and a median of $672; the fifth, at 31 Pleasant St., has no price yet available. The month's top recorded sale was 9 Lake St. at $760, sold by Mark A. and Denise Leshefsky to Alexander Gay and Ashley Trickett. Prospect Road and Pleasant Street each saw two transfers. Two of the five deeds appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust rather than open-market sales. With only five recorded transactions and a $150 spread between the highest and lowest priced sales, the period reflects modest volume and a narrow price range rather than a clear market trend.
