Plympton Home Sales Cluster in Narrow Price Band Through Late Summer

Seven deeds were recorded in Plympton between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, six with disclosed prices ranging from $565 to $769 and a median of $685. The period's top sale was 25 Thomas Blanchard Dr. at $769, sold by Luis Matos to Samuel A. and Courtney L. Reed on Aug. 27. Prospect Road saw three transfers, including one family-linked sale with no price disclosed.
