Two Plympton deeds recorded in September, one sale price available
Plymouth County recorded two Plympton property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, both on Pleasant Street. Only one carries a sale price so far: $610 for 133 Pleasant St, sold Sept. 25 by Bertha W. Wood to Joshua M. Cormier and Kaylyn E. Hickey. The second transaction, 31 Pleasant St on Sept. 17, shows no price yet and appears to be a transfer into trust by the same individuals, William R. Richmond and Dayle Chibnik. With only two recorded transactions and one price on file, there isn't enough data this period to calculate a median or characterize market activity.
