Plympton Records Seven Property Sales in Four-Week Stretch, Led by Thomas Blanchard Drive
Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records show seven property transfers in Plympton between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12. Six carried disclosed prices ranging from $565 to $769, with a median of $685. The top recorded sale was 25 Thomas Blanchard Drive at $769, sold by Luis Matos to Samuel A. and Courtney L. Reed. Prospect Road saw three of the seven transfers, including two that appear to be transfers within the same family. No bed, bath or square-footage data was available, and with no prior-period figures to compare, the data alone does not indicate whether the market was active or quiet.
