Plympton Records Five Deeds as Prospect Road Sees Two Sales
Plympton recorded five property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19. Prices ranged from $650 to $769, with a median of $727 among the four sales with recorded prices; a fifth, at 31 Pleasant St., does not yet have a price on record. The top sale was 25 Thomas Blanchard Dr. at $769, sold by Luis Matos to Samuel A. and Courtney L. Reed. Prospect Road saw two of the five transactions. Two transfers, on Prospect Road and Pleasant Street, appear to be within-family or trust transactions. Five recorded deeds over four weeks is a modest volume based on the raw count alone.
