The month's top transaction was 25 Thomas Blanchard Dr., which sold for $769,000 on Aug. 27 from Luis Matos to Samuel A. and Courtney L. Reed. A fourth property, 59 Prospect Rd., changed hands for nominal consideration between two people sharing the Cosato surname and was not a market sale. With only three priced sales, the data is too limited to characterize overall market tone.
