Plympton Planning Board Signs Brook Street Solar Plans, Adjourns Until January

PLYMPTON — December 2, 2025 — Plympton Planning Board wraps 2025 with plan signings and no December meeting. The board met briefly Tuesday to sign the approximately 40-page plan set for Brook Street Phase 3 Solar, LLC, completing a required procedural step following the project's site plan approval at the November 18 meeting; the town clerk is expected to affix her official stamp December 3, starting the 20-day Land Court appeal window. Members also signed a spare copy of the previously approved 77 Spring Street site plan at the town clerk's request to fill a gap in her permanent files. The board approved its November 18 minutes unanimously and noted one piece of correspondence from the Kingston Zoning Board of Appeals regarding a demolition hearing on 35 East Street in Kingston, which does not abut Plympton and required no response. The board will hold no December meeting and returns January 6, 2026.
