Plympton Planning Board Delays Zero Brook Street Solar Hearing to October 21

PLYMPTON — October 7, 2025 — Plympton Planning Board holds a brief October session, pushing its solar hearing and previewing a fence modification request. The board voted unanimously to continue the public hearing for the Zero Brook Street Phase 3 solar project to October 21, 2025, at 6:40 p.m., after the applicant's engineering team reported it was not yet ready to respond to stormwater-related peer review comments. The chair also informed members that the owner of a Ring Road solar installation — which straddles the Plympton-Kingston town line — plans to request a minor site plan modification on October 21 to add perimeter fencing consistent with changes Kingston has already required on its side of the project. The board then approved minutes from its September 2 and September 16 meetings without discussion and adjourned at 6:36 p.m.
