Plympton Board of Health shifts to monthly meetings, delegates routine plan approvals to health agent

The board also discussed issuing a habitability order for 163 Center Street, an apartment above a horse stable owned by ACUS 2022 LLC, where documented conditions include no functioning heat beyond a portable space heater, mold, water damage, and no carbon monoxide detectors, conditions the board said recur across a cluster of Center Street rentals tied to the same managing officer.
