Plympton Records Six Property Transfers in July, Half With No Price Disclosed

Plympton recorded six property deeds between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only three disclosed a sale price. Those three ranged from $650 to $789, with a median of $735. The top disclosed sale was 32 Crescent St at $789, sold by Molly Hutt Wardwell and Todd Wardwell to Leah Griffith on July 16. The other three deeds -- at Spring, Brook and Main streets -- were transfers into family trusts with no price disclosed. With half the period's sales missing price data, the available figures don't support a read on overall market tone.
