Plympton Records Four Property Transfers, Half Include Family Trust Conveyances

Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records show four Plympton properties changed hands between July 17 and August 15, 2026. Two of the four disclosed a sale price, ranging from $650 to $735 with a median of $692; the other two were not disclosed. Two of the four transactions, at 37 Spring Street and 74 Brook Street, were transfers of property into a trust bearing the same family name as the seller rather than sales to a new owner. No two sales shared a street.
