Plympton home sales hold near $735,000 median despite thin July volume

Plympton recorded five property deed transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only three carried a sale price, ranging from $650,000 to $789,000 with a median of $735,000. The top transaction was 32 Crescent St., which sold for $789,000 on July 16 from Molly Hutt Wardwell and Todd Wardwell to Leah Griffith. Two other deeds, on Spring Street and Brook Street, were nominal-consideration transfers into family trusts rather than market sales. With just three priced sales, the data shows limited volume for the period and offers no basis to characterize the market as favoring buyers or sellers.
